In November 2008, EMC Corporation created Decho Corporation, formed from the assets of Berkeley Data Systems and PI corporation. Now headquartered in Pleasant Grove, Utah, Mozy is Decho’s flagship product. In April 2009, Mozy reached the 1 million customer mark.
